finally Idol fans get it right

finally we have another Idol winner that has a chance at success. David Cook should be radio friendly enough to make an impact, at least 2 million in sales and the first winner since Carrie Underwood that has that Chance. If David A would have won it would have been another flop because he in nowhere near radio friendly and can only sing ballads and an album of ballads is just blah. If it was one vote for everyone and people were not allowed to vote hundred's of times for someone the winning margin would have been much more

if it went the other way it still would have worked out anyway because cook was going to get a deal regardless, but he wouldnt be under their control

on the other hand........if archuleta won they would have control and not his father who i see ruining any chance he now has at a career

2nd would have been under Idol control also. Just go ask Bo Bice how when he finished 2nd if he got to make the album he wanted.

idol only controls the winner.......the runner up can negotioate with whoever they want

I feel kind of bad for the Archuleta kid. Word online was he is the epitomy of evil stage parent. I wonder what happened to David A. after taping stopped?

But I am glad the rockin' David got the title (as long as the record producers remember to let him rock out).
